How long does Manic Panic hair color typically last?
Our High Voltage Classic Color usually lasts between 4 to 6 weeks. The longevity depends on your hair type, how often you wash it, and the temperature of the water used. For longer-lasting results, we recommend washing with cool water and using sulfate-free products.
Do I need to bleach my hair before applying the dye?
For the most vibrant, 'true-to-swatch' results, we recommend lightening your hair to a level 9 or 10 blonde. While some of our deeply pigmented shades may provide a tint to darker hair, the neon and pastel shades require pre-lightened hair to be visible.
Is Manic Panic tested on animals?
Absolutely not. Manic Panic is a 100% Vegan and Cruelty-Free brand. Our products are tested on celebrities, not animals, and we are proud to be PETA-certified.
What is your return policy for hair color products?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Can I mix different Manic Panic shades together?
Yes! All Manic Panic semi-permanent colors are intermixable. You can create your own custom DIY shades or mix any color with our 'Pastel-izer' to turn a vibrant shade into a soft pastel tone.
